The new Resident Hall is a $23 million build to house the new and returning students of Casper College. When this project was started the Resident Hall planning committee had a meeting and they determined what they wanted to accomplish with this project. Their goals were to build a hall that was suitable to house anywhere from 450-500 students, They wanted to utilize modern design and construction for cost savings, provide and improved student living and learning environment and provide all thise for an afforable cost.
